FAM Target is an equity solution that guides you through a gradual exposure to the stock and bond market over a period of time of 2 or 5 years. This innovative solution which relies on a systematic and quantitative approach to capture the most favourable market situations (correct market timing), which should accelerate – BOOST Effect – the progressive transformation of the capital invested towards the predefined target portfolio.
Upon subscription, liquidity is invested in a portfolio of short-term, low-volatility instruments. Then the investment is progressively rebalanced until it reaches 100% of the Target portfolio, increasing the investments planned by the decumulation plan to make the most of favourable market times.
